Shipping & Delivery
Our courier partners have advised delivery delays nationwide due to various factors. Please allow an additional 2 business days on top of what is quoted. Please choose Express freight if your goods are urgent.
We use both Couriers Please and TOLL to deliver Australia-wide. We offer two freight options, including:
- Standard Road Delivery by Couriers Please and TOLL IPEC (1-8 days)
- Express Overnight Delivery by TOLL Priority (1-2 days)
We do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
Please use the contact us page if you are purchasing from overseas or in wider Pacific region. We are able to send via DHL or TOLL internationally.
Privacy & Security
We value your privacy and security. Confidential information that is provided to us (“Time Clocks Warehouse Australia”) by you (“Customer”) is never released to third parties under any circumstances. All transactions are processed through e-Way Payment Gateway and transaction verification by 3D-Secure may be prompted at time of checkout.
Returns & Replacements
All new products come with a full manufacturer 12 month warranty on all parts and labour costs required to return your machine back to working order should in the unlikely event a failure happen with your product. Please have the Tax Invoice attached to the goods for return to us. Please choose your items carefully. We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.

Payment and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). All online orders are processed using our payment provider e-Way who accept both MasterCard and VISA. Credit Card payment are processed the quickest meaning your order is dispatched the quickest. We also accept payment by Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer EFT).
Viewing Orders
You can view your order progress through “My Account”. Online orders are also sent directly to your provided email address. Please log-in to view your order progress.
30 day Accounts
Are you an Australian Government Department? If so, we offer 30 day accounts on presentation of an official Purchase Order. You can either phone (03)9317-0488, fax (03)9317-0438 or email (info@timeclockswarehouse.com.au) these through.
